Most computer tech support and network admins have a collection of floppy disks that they require to function on a day-to-day basis. This is in direct opposition to what we’ve known about floppy disks for years: their shelf life sucks. In this article I discuss my solution to the problem: keeping floppy images, not floppies; and I provide links to several boot disk images that I use in my day-to-day business.
